Your account

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you need a parent or guardian's permission under the laws where you live, you must have that permission before using LockedIn.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate someone else or use another person's account without permission.

Using LockedIn

LockedIn helps you track pursuits, log time, and share progress. Use it lawfully and respect other users.

• Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or disclose someone else's private information without permission.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, distribute malicious code, or use the service to send spam.

Your content and public activity

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give LockedIn permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including its public profile and social features.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit. Your profile and recent completed sessions, including pursuit titles, can be public. The privacy policy explains what information is collected and displayed.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features. The service may be interrupted, contain errors, or lose data. Keep your own copies of information that matters to you. Tracking totals and progress indicators are provided for personal use and are not a guarantee of any particular result.

Suspension and leaving the service

You may stop using LockedIn at any time. We may restrict or suspend access if you violate these terms, create a security risk, or misuse the service, or if required by law.

Account deletion and data retention are described in the privacy policy. Stopping use or deleting your account does not necessarily erase all stored records immediately.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LockedIn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LockedIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
